Here is what to do if you receive any of the following error messages:
Mac OSX Users:
1) Download the latest version of the iLok License Manager here.
2) Unzip the "LicenseSupportInstallerMac.zip" and open the dmg by double clicking.
3) Once opened you should see the following:
4) Double click "uninstall license support" to run the uninstall command. Type in your computer password and click "OK".
5) Now double click the "old installers" folder and run the "Interlok Extensions.pkg".
6) Now run the License Support.pkg are you're good to go!
Windows Users:
1) Download the latest version of the iLok License Manager here.
2) Unzip the "LicenseSupportInstallerWin64.zip" and open the License Support.exe by double clicking.
3) Run the "Drivers Only Winxx.exe" file found in the "old installers" folder
4) Reboot the system
No need to uninstall the latest version of License Support for Windows
