Q: What is the All Access Pass?
A: It's a bundle that includes all of our plugins, top third party plugins, all new plugins that we come out with, and all plugin updates. Rather than pay thousands, the All Access Pass offers plans at $14.99 (Annual Paid Monthly), $24.99 (Month to Month), or $149.99 (Annual Paid Upfront).
Q: What is the difference between $14.99 plan and $24.99 plan?
A: The $24.99 plan is Month to Month, and can be paused at your convenience. The $14.99 plan is a paid monthly, with 12 month commitment.
Q: I heard the All Access Pass used to include the Relab LX480 but no longer does. Why is that?
A: We replaced the LX480 with a new reverb collaboration by Slate and LiquidSonics called VerbSuite Classics, which covers much of the ground of the LX480 by offering a model of the same classic reverb unit, plus seven more modeled reverb units.
Q: Can I still buy permanent licenses for Slate Digital plugins?
A: YES! With the All Access Pass pricing plans, while it may not make sense, the option is still available. Please go to slatedigital.com/vst-plugins/

All Access Pass Licensing
Q: How do I use the All Access Pass on two computers?
A: The purchase of the All Access Pass comes with one license set that can be activated to a single iLok 2 dongle or via iLok Cloud.
Please ensure you have the plugins installed on the system as well as the latest version of the iLok License Manager.
Q: I have two iLok dongles, can I activate the All Access Pass licenses to both iLoks?
A: If you are looking to use the All Access Pass on two computers simultaneously, you will need to purchase two All Access Passes.
Q: I just purchased the All Access Pass, but I did not receive my iLok Activation Code. What do I do now?
A: We do not use iLok authorization codes in order to activate the All Access Pass licenses. Please ensure you linked the correct iLok ID after purchase, as the licenses will be deposited to the iLok Account provided.

Q: Will the All Access Pass work with an iLok 3 dongle? Is activation by Machine-ID available?
A: Yes, the All Access Pass licenses can be activated to an iLok 2 or iLok 3 dongle. Machine-ID Activation is not supported at this time.
Q: What is the difference between the iLok 1, iLok 2, and iLok 3?

Q: Will the plugins work with an iLok 1 dongle?
No. The plugins can be activated either an iLok 2, iLok 3, or iLok Cloud.
Q: Is the iLok USB dongle required to use the plugins?
No, the iLok dongle is not required in order to activate the plugin licenses. If you'd like to use iLok Cloud, you'll just need an active internet connection instead of a physical iLok dongle.
Q: Is the mic software included in the All Access Pass?
The microphone emulation software is not included in the All Access Pass. The ML-1 and ML-2 microphones are in place to ensure that the sound source is an optimal starting point with the same reference used for the algorithms. All algorithms were designed according to the ML-1, ML-2 specs. If the software is broken out from the microphones we can no longer guarantee high quality accurate emulations.
