If you're running into the above error, it means that the iLok Redemption Code has already been redeemed to an iLok Account. More than likely, it's already been registered to your iLok ID.
• You can search for the licenses by using the search bar at the top right of the iLok License Manager.
• If your iLok dongle was lost, stolen, or broken, please use following link in order to obtain an RMA#: https://www.ilok.com/#!rma
Once you receive your RMA#, contact support and provide the RMA# in your ticket. An agent will get back to you asap in order to redeposit your lost license.
• Make sure you have your iLok dongle plugged in securely and are using the latest iLok License Manager version → https://www.ilok.com/#!home
• If you continue to experience license issues, please "synchronize" your iLok dongle.
How To Synchronize Your iLok
Before starting your DAW, open the iLok License Manager and make sure it is up-to-date. Next, right click on your iLok dongle, listed in the left column, and choose Synchronize.
Wait for the operation to complete, and then launch your DAW.
