Since adding our ML-1 expansions to the All Access Pass and Complete Access Bundle memberships, we've identified a PACE (iLok) bug in which the expansion licenses do not authorize properly until certain licensing conditions are met. This behavior mainly occurs when you have your All Access Pass licenses activated via iLok Cloud, and your Virtual Microphone System One licenses activated to both your iLok dongle and iLok Cloud session. We've reported the behavior to PACE, and are hoping for a resolution soon.
For the time being, we have two different workarounds available:
1. Move your All Access Pass licenses from your iLok Cloud session to your iLok dongle. Moving licenses between your iLok Cloud and iLok dongle depends on how your iLok Cloud session is configured. Please see the following article for more information:
How to move a license from iLok Cloud to your physical iLok dongle
2. Deactivate your Virtual Microphone System One license from your iLok dongle. This can be done by selecting the license and clicking "Deactivate" from the right-click menu:
The development teams and Slate Digital and PACE are diligently working on a resolution to the issue, so that either of the licenses can be activated to any location, as long as this location is connected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
