If you experience any issues with VMR version 2.0 please revert back to the previous version of Virtual Mix Rack using the following information:
Uninstalling VMR on Mac
Please use the uninstall command found in Applications/Slate Digital/Virtual Mix Rack. You will be asked to enter your system password. Text will not display when doing so.
To preserve user data, our un-installers will not remove some files from your computer. Occasionally, these files can cause problems when updating to a newer version of the plugin. We'll need to manually remove them to see if they are causing the problems you are experiencing.
Go to /Library/Application Support/Slate Digital.
If you have created user presets, make a backup of them and delete the associated VMR folders.
Lastly, go to ~/Library/Application Support/Slate Digital and delete the settings file(s) in the Virtual Mix Rack folder.
Note: This location is hidden by default. You will need to hold down the "Option" key on your keyboard within the Finder "Go" menu in order to access the User Library.
Install the following: VMR 1.9.3.1 - Mac Installer: https://app.slatedigital.com/files/installers/vmr?platform=MAC_OS&version=1.9.3.1

Uninstall VMR on Windows
1) Please uninstall VMR using "Programs and Features"
2) Delete Virtual Mix Rack folders (FG-S, FG-N, FG-401, FG-116, Revival, Virtual Mix Rack, etc…) found in C:/Programdata/Slate Digital
NOTE: this folder is hidden by default. Learn How To Show Hidden Folders → http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windows7/ht/show-hidden-files-windows-7.htm
If you have created user presets, make a backup of this folder
3) Restart your computer and use the following VMR build: VMR 1.9.3.1 - Win Installer: https://app.slatedigital.com/files/installers/vmr?platform=WIN&version=1.9.3.1
