If you've purchased a new computer and want to move your licenses to your new computer, please note that Slate Digital licenses can't be activated to your computer, so depending on your activation method, you just need to complete a couple steps.
If your previous machine no longer works, or you can't access it, this isn't an issue at all, as you don't need access to it to reactivate your licenses. We don't offer Machine ID (computer) activations, so nothing is lost on your previous machine.
If your All Access Pass (or Fresh Air) license is activated via iLok Cloud, this means your iLok Cloud session is still open on your previous computer. Install the latest version of the iLok License Manager if you haven't already, then log in with your iLok ID and open an iLok Cloud session:
If your license is activated to a physical iLok 2/3 dongle, the only thing you need to do is connect your iLok dongle to your new computer and install the latest version of the iLok License Manager.
Install the All Access Pass
Once you've moved your All Access Pass license via iLok Cloud or iLok dongle, make sure you've installed all of our plugins via either Slate Digital Connect or directly from our Installers page
