If your iLok USB is lost, stolen, or no longer functioning, follow these steps to initiate the recovery process and restore your licenses.
Step 1: Submit an RMAΒ
Begin by filing an RMA report through iLok's official support page:

You'll need to sign in to your iLok account and follow the provided instructions to report your iLok as lost, stolen, or broken.
Step 2: Contact Slate Digital Support
Once you've received your RMA number, reach out to our support team to assist with redepositing your licenses:

β’ Theft & Loss Coverage (TLC): If your iLok had TLC enabled before it was lost or stolen, iLok may replace your licenses within 1β2 business days.

β’ Fees: Processing fees may apply depending on warranty status and whether your iLok was covered by TLC or ZDT.
