In MetaTune, Key/Scale changes are recorded on the individual note automation lanes. This allows for custom scale automation throughout your track.
To automate the Key/Scale in Pro Tools:
- Click the Plug-in Automation View in MetaTune.
- Add all parameters to the right column.
- Enable Write automation for the track.
- Start playback and select the desired Key/Scale as the song plays.
NOTE: The correct Key/Scale will not be displayed in the lower left-hand corner of MetaTune after automation is written. This is normal behavior.
