Step 1: Create or log into your account 📝

If you need to create a new account, fill out your email and set a password. If you already have a Complete Access account, just log in below:

Step 2: Accept the terms 📜

Review the Terms and Privacy Policy, check the box to agree, and click Complete order ✅

✉️ If you created a new account, check your email and click the verification link we sent you! (If you logged into an existing account, skip to Step 5.)

Step 3: Link or create your iLok ID 🔑

Link your existing iLok ID or create a new one. This is the ID you'll use to log into iLok License Manager to activate your licenses.
 

Step 4: Activate and install Fresh Air 🚀

Follow the activation steps in this article to activate your Fresh Air license via:

• iLok Cloud ☁️
• Your iLok dongle 🔌
• Or your computer (Machine ID) 🖥️

Then, download and install Fresh Air using Complete Access Hub or from our Installers page.
