🔑 iLok Licensing
An iLok account is required to use our plugins.
- Complete Access: Includes two activations. Can be activated to iLok Cloud, an iLok 2 or 3 USB dongle, or your local host computer (Machine-ID).
- Perpetual "Buy Now" Plugins: Can be activated to an iLok 2 or 3 USB dongle or your local host computer (Machine-ID).
📝 Additional Notes
- Slate Digital software may work in non-listed DAWs, but support is not guaranteed.
- macOS 10.12 (Sierra) and earlier are not supported.
- ² Logic Pro 10.7, 10.7.2, and 10.7.3 are not supported. Update to Logic Pro 10.7.4 or higher via the App Store.
- ³ Pro Tools First is not supported (third-party plugins not allowed).
- Windows ARM-based devices like Snapdragon X and Microsoft Copilot are not currently supported.
- AMD Zen 5 CPUs are currently not supported.
- Windows Vista and earlier are not supported. 32-bit support has been discontinued. Legacy 32-bit installers are available here.

⚠️ Known Issue: Intel 13th/14th Gen CPUs on Windows
If you're on a fully supported DAW but still seeing a plugin report "cannot run because it is corrupted, please try reinstalling," this is likely not a DAW compatibility issue — we've seen it occur across multiple supported DAWs on the same affected system. Systems with an Intel 13th Gen or 14th Gen Core processor on Windows can experience intermittent licensing failures unrelated to which DAW you're using. See our System Requirements article for details — neither Slate Digital nor iLok/PACE currently has a guaranteed fix.
