Grouping Operations

  • When a VTM instance is ungrouped, then the instance uses the ungrouped parameters.
  • When a VTM instance is grouped, then the instance uses the group’s parameters.
  • When a VTM instance is joining an empty group, the group parameters take on the instance current parameters.
  • When a VTM instance is joining an occupied group, then the instance take on the group’s parameters.
  • When a VTM instance becomes ungrouped, then the instance takes back on the ungrouped parameters.

Presets and Grouping

A preset saves the current parameters except the current group. Therefore, loading a preset will always assign the VTM instance to ungrouped.

Automation and Grouping

To avoid conflicting scenarios, automation is unavailable when a VTM instance is grouped.
