If you've encountered graphical issues while using Slate Digital plugins like MetaTune, Infinity Bass, MO-TT, MetaPitch, Infinity EQ, Stellar Echo SD-201, or FG-X 2, this article will guide you through the troubleshooting process.
These plugins share similar internal systems, so if you're experiencing problems with one, you might encounter them with others as well.
⚡ Quick Tip: Most graphical issues are related to your graphics card (GPU) not rendering plugin graphics properly. We'll help you fix it step-by-step!
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Updating Your NVIDIA Graphics Card
- Download and install NVIDIA GeForce Experience.
- Launch the app and check for available updates.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the latest drivers.
2. Updating Your AMD Graphics Card
- Visit the AMD Radeon Driver Update page.
- Download and install the latest drivers following the provided instructions.
3. Compatibility Check
- If updating your graphics card doesn't resolve the issue, your GPU might not be compatible with these plugins (especially on older systems).
- We've included a fallback option called CPU Graphic Rendering to handle visual processing with your CPU instead.
- Note: Performance may decrease slightly in CPU Rendering mode, but the plugin’s sound will remain identical.
