How can I cancel my subscription?

⚠️ Only the month-to-month plan can be canceled. Yearly plans (billed monthly or paid upfront) cannot be stopped immediately. Stopping the renewal on Annual Paid Monthly plans simply prevents the plan from renewing for another 12 months, once your existing annual commitment has been fulfilled. 

After logging into your Slate Digital customer portal, click on Billing & Subscriptions. There will be a Stop Renewal button under your membership. After confirming, your billing will be stopped, assuming you're on a Month to Month or Annual Paid Upfront plan.

  1. Login to your Slate Digital Account.
  2. Click on Billing & Subscriptions.
  3. Click on the Stop Renewal button under your current membership.
  4. Confirm the pause action when prompted.

Your account will not be charged unless you start a new membership at a later date. Your licenses remain active, and you can continue using your plugins until the end of the current billing cycle. After that date, your licenses will expire and you will no longer be able to use your plugins.
