How can I stop my subscription renewal?

⚠️ Only the Month-to-Month plan can be canceled. Yearly plans (billed monthly or paid upfront) cannot be stopped immediately. Stopping the renewal for Annual Paid Monthly subscriptions simply prevents the plan from renewing for another 12 months, once your existing annual commitment has been fulfilled.

After logging into your Slate Digital customer portal, click on Subscriptions, where you'll find an Auto-Renewal slider. After confirming, your billing will be stopped, assuming you're on a Month to Month or Annual Paid Upfront plan.

  1. Login to your Complete Access Account.
  2. Click on Subscriptions.
  3. Slide the Auto-Renewal slider to the left to stop your current membership.

  4. Confirm by selecting a cancellation option action when prompted, and click Stop auto-renewal.

  5. You can confirm that auto-renewal is disabled by checking the Auto-renewal section. If the toggle is grey and positioned to the left, with the message “Auto-renewal is off.”, it means your subscription will not renew.

Your account will not be charged unless you start a new membership at a later date. Your licenses remain active, and you can continue using your plugins until the end of the current billing cycle. After that date, your licenses will expire and you will no longer be able to use your plugins.
