How do I switch to a different subscription plan?

If you have a subscription through your Complete Access Account, you can switch to a different plan from within your account.

  1. Log into your  Complete Access Account
  2. Click "Billing"
  3. Click "Switch to another plan"

Changes will be reflected in your account after you confirm the switch.

If you change your mind, you can click "Revert plan change" before the switch takes effect.

Note: If you're on a Complete Access Bundle with promotional pricing, you can not switch to a different Complete Access Bundle. If you need to make changes to your subscription, please contact support
