Make sure to enter the correct iLok ID at the time of purchase, as demo licenses cannot be reissued. The license will be automatically deposited to the iLok account you provide.
Not sure what your iLok ID is?
If you already have an iLok account but aren’t sure what your iLok ID is, you can find it in the iLok License Manager app. Once signed in, your iLok ID will appear in the top left corner of the window (see image below for reference).
If you don’t have an iLok ID yet, one will be created for you automatically when redeeming your Slate Digital trial license during account setup. In this case, your iLok ID will be the same as your email address.

Trial licenses can be activated to Machine-ID (local computer) or an iLok 2 or 3 dongle.
