The following troubleshoot guide should fix error messages after loading a plugin, and related preset issues (create, delete or rename presets).
We know that in certain conditions, preset folder permissions are modified by MacOS, for instance after an OS update, or after using Time Machine. This could have led to instabilities in previous versions of Infinity EQ which in turn can create unwanted changes in the preset browser usage.
At the moment, to solve this issues, you will have to manually change preset folder permissions
Set Permissions To "Read and Write"
Please ensure permissions are set to "read and write" for the following location:
/Library/Application Support/Slate Digital
Right click the Slate Digital folder and select "Get Info" (or use CMD+I). Be sure to "apply changes to enclosed items" after you changed permissions. Image is attached for clarification.

Additional Troubleshooting
If this fix does not work, please contact the support team, and send us information about your preset folder. To do this, open the app "Terminal" and type in the following command:
ls -lhaR /Library/Application\ Support/Slate\ Digital/
Please let us know what the result is. Feel free to paste the output in your response. You'll find the Terminal app found in Macintosh HD ▸ Applications ▸ Utilities
