Complete Access Hub FAQ

What is Complete Access Hub?

Complete Access Hub is an all-in-one installer and activation manager for all Slate Digital, Eiosis, and Complete Access Bundle plugins. Previously, you would have needed to download and install each plugin individually (this option is still available if preferred).

Complete Access Hub can install and update your Slate Digital and Complete Access Bundle plugins, even if you originally installed them individually on the Installers page. With so many plugins now available, Complete Access Hub simplifies keeping everything up to date.

Can I use Complete Access Hub if I only have perpetual licenses like ML-1 or MetaTune?

Yes! Just make sure you only install products you own licenses for. All Slate Digital plugins are available inside Complete Access Hub, but you can easily check which ones you own by going to the My Products tab inside the app.

How do I update Complete Access Hub?

Complete Access Hub should update itself automatically each time you open the app. If you think you're on an older version, you can always manually download the latest version from our Installers page.

How do I install plugins to a different location, like an external drive on PC?

This is only possible for VST2 plugins on PC. macOS installs all plugin formats to their default locations automatically.

To change your VST2 install location on PC:

  • Open Complete Access Hub
  • Go to My Preferences
  • Click Edit next to VST2 installation path

Note: You'll need to add this new VST2 path in your DAW so it can find the plugins. Also, moving VST2s doesn't save much space — the largest plugin data remains in system folders that cannot be moved.

How do I uninstall plugins with Complete Access Hub?

To uninstall a plugin:

  • Locate the plugin inside Complete Access Hub
  • Click the three dots
