Why Don’t All My SSL, Harrison, or sonible Purchases Show Up in Complete Access Hub?

Complete Access Hub and your Slate Digital / Complete Access account only show products you got from Slate Digital: purchases from the Slate Digital shop and plugins included with your Complete Access membership.

Slate Digital, Solid State Logic (SSL), Harrison, and sonible are sister companies, but each one has its own store and its own customer accounts. These accounts aren't linked. If you bought a plugin directly from SSL, Harrison, or sonible, you'll find it in your account with that company, not in Complete Access Hub.

Where to Find Your Purchases

Sign in to the account for the company you bought from. Each one uses its own login.

A Note About sonible Plugins

sonible plugins are now part of Complete Access, so the same sonible plugin can show up in different places depending on how you got it:

  • Included with your Complete Access membership, or bought from the Slate Digital shop: it appears in Complete Access Hub and your Slate Digital / Complete Access account.
  • Bought directly from sonible: it appears in your sonible account only.

If you own a sonible plugin both ways, you'll see it in both accounts.

Plugins Bought from Eiosis

Eiosis has since been merged into Slate Digital, so Eiosis accounts no longer exist. If you bought a plugin from Eiosis, you can't view that purchase in an Eiosis account anymore, but your license is still permanently in your iLok account.

If you'd like that license added to your Slate Digital account, contact our support team and we'll help.

Your Licenses Still Work

Which account a product shows up in doesn't affect your license. iLok licenses live in your iLok account no matter where you bought the plugin, and they work in your DAW as normal wherever they're activated.

To see and manage all of your iLok licenses in one place, use the iLok License Manager app.
