If you’re seeing one of the license errors shown below, it likely means you've installed Kilohearts plugins using the Kilohearts Installer from their official website.
⚠️ Our version of Kilohearts plugins uses iLok licensing. If you were encountering an issue with our version, you'd see an iLok authorization prompt — not the Kilohearts license error.
To resolve this:
- Uninstall Kilohearts using their uninstaller:

- Reinstall Kilohearts plugins using our official Slate Digital installer:
