If you see the message below when opening Complete Access Hub (formerly known as Slate Digital Connect):

"We could not load the application. Please check your internet connection or retry later."

⚠️ This error occurs when Complete Access Hub cannot communicate with our servers.

Solutions

  • 🔗 Visit https://app.completeacess.audio/
    If the site is down or under maintenance, please try again a few minutes later.
  • 🌐 Check that your internet connection is stable.
  • 🛡️ Temporarily disable any antivirus, proxy, or firewall that might block Complete Access Hub from accessing our servers.
  • 🔄 Restart Complete Access Hub.
  • ⬇️ Download and install the latest version from the Complete Access Installers page.
