Sometimes the message "We could not load the application. Please check your internet connection or retry later." appears instead of displaying your products:
This happens when Slate Digital Connect is not able to communicate with Slate Digital servers.
- Go to https://app.slatedigital.com/. If the website is not loading or under maintenance you should retry a few minutes later.
- Check that your internet connection is up and stable.
- Disable any antivirus, proxy or firewall that may prevent Slate Digital Connect to contact our servers
- Restart Slate Digital Connect
- Install the latest Slate Digital Connect version from the installers page
