⚠️ This error occurs when Slate Digital Connect cannot communicate with our servers.
Solutions
- 🔗 Visit https://app.slatedigital.com/.
If the site is down or under maintenance, please try again a few minutes later. - 🌐 Check that your internet connection is stable.
- 🛡️ Temporarily disable any antivirus, proxy, or firewall that might block Slate Digital Connect from accessing our servers.
- 🔄 Restart Slate Digital Connect.
- ⬇️ Download and install the latest version from the Slate Digital Installers page.
