Complete Access Bundle

General Questions

Q: What is the Complete Access Bundle?
A: It's a bundle that includes all of our plugins, all SSL and Harrison plugins (SSL Complete) top third-party plugins, all new plugins that we come out with, and all plugin updates. Rather than pay thousands, the Complete Access Bundle offers plans at $19.99 (Annual Paid Monthly), $24.99 (Month to Month), or $199.99 (Annual Paid Upfront).

Q: What is the difference between $19.99 plan and $24.99 plan?
A: The $24.99 plan is Month to Month, and can be paused at your convenience. The $19.99 plan is paid monthly, with 12-month commitment.

Q: Can I still buy permanent licenses for Slate Digital or SSL plugins?
A: YES! With the Complete Access Bundle pricing plans, while it may not make sense, the option is still available. For Slate Digital perpetual licenses, visit slatedigital.com/vst-plugins/. For SSL perpetual licenses, visit https://store.solidstatelogic.com/
Note: Licenses can be activated by Machine-ID (local computer) or with a physical iLok 2 or 3 dongle.

Activating your Slate Digital Access All Pass and SSL Complete subscriptions

Q: Where can I download the latest plugin installers?

A: All Access Pass and SSL Complete have separate installation managers, which can be found in your Dashboard. The SSL Complete is installed using SSL Download Manager, and the All Access Pass is installed using Slate Digital Connect
Note: Offline installation is available for both the All Access Pass and SSL Complete

Complete Access Bundle Licensing

Q: How do I use the Complete Access Bundle on two computers?

A: Licensing for the All Access Pass and SSL Complete differ slightly.

The All Access Pass supports two license activations and can be activated directly to your computer using Machine ID, in addition to activation on an iLok 2 or 3 dongle. It also supports iLok Cloud.

SSL Complete also allows two activations and can be licensed to your computer via Machine ID or to an iLok 2 or 3 dongle. However, unlike the All Access Pass, SSL Complete does not currently support iLok Cloud activation.

Please ensure you have the plugins installed on the system as well as the latest version of the iLok License Manager

Q: I just purchased the Complete Access Bundle, but I did not receive my iLok Activation Code. What do I do now?

A: We do not use iLok authorization codes in order to activate the Complete Access Bundle licenses. Please ensure you linked the correct iLok ID after purchase, as the licenses will be deposited to the iLok Account provided.

See this article for more information.

Q: Will the Complete Access Bundle work with an iLok 3 dongle? Is activation by Machine-ID available?

A: Yes, the All Access Pass licenses can be activated to an iLok 2 or iLok 3 dongle, and Machine-ID.

Q: What is the difference between the iLok 1, iLok 2, and iLok 3?

A: The iLok 1 (original):

Q: Will the plugins work with an iLok 1 dongle?

No. When using iLok dongle authorization, only iLok version 2 or 3 is supported.

Q: Is the iLok USB dongle required to use the plugins?

No, the iLok dongle is not required to activate the plugin licenses. The All Access Pass can be used with iLok Cloud (internet required), Machine-ID (local host), and the SSL Complete can be activated to your computer (Machine ID). For more information, please see: iLok License Activation in Slate Digital Connect

Q: Is the mic software included in the Complete Access Bundle/All Access Pass?

The microphone emulation software (Virtual Microphone System) is not automatically included with the Complete Access Bundle on its own. However, if you own a Slate Digital ML-1 microphone, you’ll get access to all the mic model expansions as part of your Complete Access Bundle or All Access Pass subscription.

Please note that the “Classic Instruments” module is exclusive to ML-2 microphone owners. All microphone emulations are designed specifically to work with the ML-1 or ML-2 hardware to ensure accurate and high-quality results. Without the corresponding mic, we cannot guarantee reliable emulation performance.
