Q: How do I use the Complete Access subscription on two computers?
A: All the Complete Access subscription licenses support two activations via Machine-ID, iLok 2/3, or iLok Cloud ☁️.

Make sure you have the plugins installed and the latest iLok License Manager installed. 🖥️

Q: I just purchased the Complete Access subscription but didn't receive an iLok Activation Code. What should I do?
A: No activation codes needed! Make sure you linked the correct iLok ID after purchase. Licenses are deposited directly to your iLok account.

A: Yes! ✅ Complete Access subscription licenses can be activated via iLok 2, iLok 3, or Machine-ID.

Q: Will the plugins work with an iLok 1 dongle?
A: ❌ No. Only iLok 2 or iLok 3 dongles are supported.

- iLok Cloud ☁️ (requires internet)
- Machine-ID (local computer)

Q: Is the mic software included in the Complete Access subscription?
A: 🎤 No, our microphone emulations software is NOT automatically included. However:

- If you own a Slate Digital ML-1 or ML-1A microphone, you'll unlock all mic model expansions with your subscription.
- “Classic Instruments” is exclusive to ML-2 owners.

⚠️ Without an ML-1, ML-1A or ML-2 microphone, accurate mic emulation cannot be guaranteed.
