Managing Your iLok Account ID
Your iLok ID will be requested after your first checkout or redemption in order to send you the license(s) you purchased or redeemed. You can check your iLok account ID in the Profile section of your Slate Digital account. 🔐
The licenses for all future purchases and redemptions will be sent to the same iLok account ID.
🔁 How to Change Your iLok ID
If you have an iLok ID already linked and need to change it, follow these steps:
- Go to your Profile tab
- Select the iLok account section
- Click the “Change” button next to your existing iLok ID
This option is available only once, and it will redeposit any licenses purchased through our current account system (app.completeaccess.audio).
⚠️ Licenses purchased before this system was launched will not be redeposited automatically.
🧐 What If You Don’t See a Linked iLok ID?
If you don’t have an iLok ID linked, but you still see products in your Dashboard, that means your purchases were made prior to our updated account system.
These products were delivered via iLok activation codes rather than automatic license deposits. You may already have the licenses activated—this depends on how you redeemed them at the time.
