Quick answer: If you see a green Active subscription on your Subscriptions page, your subscription is fine. Any subscription marked Revoked in red is an old subscription that has already ended. You can ignore it.
Active means you are good to go. Revoked means it is a past subscription that has ended and can be ignored.
Important: The Active subscription is the only one that matters. A Revoked entry does not affect your licenses, your billing, or your access to plugins.
How many Active subscriptions should I see?
You should see as many green Active subscriptions as you expect to have. For most users, that is 1. If you have multiple subscriptions on purpose, for example, a studio with a subscription for each room, each one will show as Active. That is normal.
If you see more Active subscriptions than you intended, please contact our support team.
Why do I have Revoked subscriptions?
A subscription becomes Revoked once it ends. Some common reasons:
- A previous plan was canceled or expired
- A free trial ended and was converted to a new plan
- You switched from one plan to another, for example, from a month-to-month All Access Pass to an annual Complete Access plan
- A previous subscription was terminated after missed payments
Revoked subscriptions are never removed from the page, so the list can grow over time. This is normal.
Where do I check the status of my licenses?
Look inside your Active subscription. The iLok Licenses Status section lists each license and where it is activated. You can also check your monthly price, your next payment, your auto-renewal setting, and your payment method there.
What if I do not see a green Active subscription?
If every subscription on the page is marked Revoked, you do not currently have an active subscription.
If this was unexpected, your plan may have been terminated after a missed payment. Please review our Missed Subscription Payments: What Happens Next? article for the full retry schedule.
