Troubleshooting Windows: Restarting PACE License Services

If you encounter issues with the iLok License Manager or with very long scan or load times, you may need to manually restart PACE License Services using the steps found below:

  • Open the Windows Task Manager (use the Windows search bar, or the Start Menu>Windows System>Task Manager)
  • In the Processes tab, search for the PACE License Service
  • Right click on the process
  • Select End task

The PACE License Service will automatically restart after having been stopped.
