🚫 Installation Failed - How to Gather Logs for Support
If you encounter the following "Installation Failed" error message during plugin installation:
Don't worry! Please follow the steps below to collect the installer log and send it to our support team. This helps us identify the issue faster.
🗒️ Step 1: Open the Installer Log
Once the error appears, bring up the Installer Log:
- Click the Window menu at the top, then select Installer Log
- or press CMD + L on your keyboard
💾 Step 2: Show All Logs and Save
In the Installer Log window:
- Change the dropdown to Show All Logs
- Then click the Save icon (or press CMD + S) to save the log as a .txt file
📤 Step 3: Submit the Log
Attach the saved .txt log file when submitting a support ticket here:
