If you receive the above error message, please submit a request and attach the failed installer log once the installation fails. Please view the images below for clarification:
STEP 1:
Bring up the "Installer Log" from the Window menu, or click the installer and use CMD+L
STEP 2:
Set the Installer Log to "Show All Logs" then click the Save icon or use CMD+S
Attach this .txt file in your support request
