If you’re hearing clicks, pops, distortion or glitches when listening back to audio in Google Chrome, you will need to either switch to a lower sample rate or use a different browser such as Safari.
This issue occurs if you’re using a sample rate of 88 kHz or 96 kHz. If you switch this to either 48 kHz or 44.1 kHz on the VRS8 panel, you will be good to go.
Once complete, simply refresh the window (Command R) in Google Chrome for this to fix the audio.
If you do not want to switch the sample rate, you will need to switch to a different internet browser to utilize playback outside of the DAW.
