Open GL Requirement Issue

Problem

The E2Deesser Spectrogram or the AirEQ Analyzer are not drawn and a message is displayed: "OpenGL requirement not match".

Solution

Most of the time, the Open GL version is outdated. You will need to navigate to your graphics driver and check for firmware updates.

OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: Open GL 2.1

Make sure Open GL is up-to-date.

If the Open GL version is not outdated, it means that the DAW may not be using the main renderer (main graphics card) but instead the basic renderer which does not necessarily support Open GL 2.1. In this case, please provide support with your DAW version and the second renderer, accessible through Open GL Extension Viewer:

In this example, "Intel Iris OpenGL Engine" is the main renderer and "Apple Software Renderer" the second (or the backup).
