If your All Access Pass is activated via iLok and you're being asked to enter an activation code for Lustrous Plates when opening your DAW, your Lustrous Plates license may be in an iLok Cloud Session.
Occasionally, Lustrous Plates is deposited directly to a Cloud Session, while the rest of your All Access Pass licenses are activated on your iLok dongle or computer.
To move Lustrous Plates to your iLok dongle or your computer, first close your current cloud session by going to the File menu in iLok License Manager and selecting Close Cloud Session.
Next, go to the Available tab in the iLok License Manager. Find the Lustrous Plates license, then drag it to your iLok dongle or computer listed on the left-hand sidebar.
