How to Change Your Complete Access Subscription Currency

Slate Digital now supports additional currencies in our online shop as part of our regional pricing options.

Regional pricing helps make Complete Access subscriptions and other Slate Digital products more consistent with local purchasing power in supported territories.

At this time, our shop supports the following currencies:

  • USD
  • EUR
  • GBP
  • TRY
  • KRW

Additional currencies may be added in the future.

Can I change the currency on my existing Complete Access subscription?

No. Existing Complete Access subscriptions cannot be converted from one currency to another.

If you currently have an active Complete Access subscription in USD and would like to subscribe using one of our supported local currencies, you will need to cancel your current subscription and then sign up again using the correct currency.

Regional pricing eligibility

Local currency pricing is only available to customers who are located in the corresponding supported region.

To use a supported local currency, your billing address and payment method must be associated with that region. Our checkout system includes verification measures to confirm regional eligibility, so customers will only be able to complete a purchase in a local currency when the billing details and payment method match the selected region.

If you are unable to complete checkout in your local currency, please confirm that your billing address and payment method are both tied to the correct region.

Will I receive a refund for past monthly payments?

No. We are not able to retroactively refund previous monthly subscription payments because a different currency or regional price is now available.

What if I already paid for a full year upfront?

If you paid for an annual Complete Access subscription upfront and are still mid-cycle, please contact Slate Digital Support. We can review the situation and see what options may be available.
